Master Chef – Masala Art

Chef Abdul Salam Quraishi comes from a family of renowned chefs in Lucknow. He started his career with the great Master Chef Imtiaz Quraishi at the Clarks Awadh restaurant in Lucknow, in 1973.
He has opened a number of restaurants including the Masala Art at the Taj Palace, New Delhi where he is currently Senior Master Chef.
His specialty is Masala Art which prepares food blending traditional Indian taste with a contemporary style of serving.
His professional career took him to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and numerous hotels in India.
