Indian Fine Dining Specialist

Chef Nitin Minocha has been working as a Sous-chef in the Banquets Kitchen since
2005. Prior to this, he worked as Sous-chef in the Zodiac Grill which has won numerous awards for its fine dining. Chef Minocha has a three-year diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai, and has been on training courses at Anton Mosimann’s Belfry restaurant and at the Axis Restaurant in London.
