Tandoor Specialist

Chef Jatan Singh Chauhan is a member of the Taj Mahal Palace and Towers, Mumbai, culinary team, specializing in Tandoor and Indian cuisine. He oversees the Tandoor and Indian sections of the Main Kitchen, and is involved in the training of new apprentices on the basics of hot clay oven cuisine.
His overseas experience includes participation in the Bollywood Festival hosted by the Taj group in London and in the Maharaja Food Festival held in Taiwan.
