Harpreet Kaur, Sous-chef at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai, is responsible for the kitchen operations of the Taj’s Indian restaurant “Masala Kraft”.
Recently “Masala Kraft” was voted as one of India’s most innovative restaurants.
It seats 109 and features contemporary Indian food with very innovative presentation.
Interestingly, whereas most upscale Indian food recipes originated in the kitchens of Palaces, the Taj Group of hotels has made it possible to taste those dishes in a more contemporary form at their “Masala Kraft” Restaurant.
