2. Culinary Master Class: India


The Famous Indian writer and cookbook author Jiggs Kalra who was in 2004 inducted into The International Food & Beverage Forum Hall of Fame.

Visiting Corporate Executive Chef Hemant Oberoi from the Taj Group of Hotels and Master Chef Abdul Salam Quraishi will be demonstrating their signature creations “live”.

The event is presented in two sessions, be separated by a 30 minutes Coffee break.

Each session concludes with a tasting of the dishes presented.
