4. Cognac Master Class


The selection of the right Cognac glass.


Ugni Blanc grapes are used to produce Cognac.

Date: Wednesday, November 16th, 2005

Time: 2:30PM to 5:00PM
Location: Del Mar Room, Section 2
Price per person: US $85.00 all inclusive

This exciting new Master Class features an introduction to high end Cognacs.

Besides a review of the history of Cognac and the production of Cognac, it will also feature a tasting of two flights of 8 Cognacs each.

The tasting is held in two parts separated by a 30 minute Tea/Coffee break.
