Camellia Panjabi's restaurant "Amaya" was recently voted the Best Restaurant in London for 2005 by Conde Nast.


Paul Hsu, Executive Director of Elite Concepts, Hong Kong ws recently elected as the 2005 Restaurateur of the Year by the International Food & Beverage Forum.  Elite Concepts operates award winning restaurants throughout Asia.

Price per person: US $85.00 all inclusive

This event will give UNLV Students the opportunity to learn from top industry professionals their secrets of success.

International Speakers will cover industry related topics, such as “How to create a successful restaurant” and review Global Food and Beverage trends.

The World Gourmet Summit Food and Beverage Forum will be moderated by the President of The International Food & Beverage Forum Dr. hc Kurt H. Fischer.

Speakers will include Camellia Panjabi, Masala World, Mumbai, India; Claude Peiffer, RAK Porcelain Europe SA; Felicia Sherbert, What’s My Wine?, New Jersey; Gerfried Schipper, Sao Paolo Brazil; Christophe Marziale, Johannesburg, South Africa and others.

The forum will be held in two sessions separated by a 30 minute Tea/Coffee break.
