At last year’s event the only female winner of the “Bocuse d’or” award Lea Linster demonstrated her famous award winning recipe for lamb loin.


Another favorite amongst attendees was Gerard Vie from the Michelin Star-rated restaurant “Les Trois Marches” at the Trianon Palace in Versailles, France.

One of America’s most famous Master Chef Martin Yan, from the popular television series “Yan can cook” will demonstrate live his favorite dishes.
He will be accompanied by Anil Rohera, The Corporate Pastry Chef of Albert Uster Swiss Imports.

The event is presented in two sessions, be separated by a 30 minutes Coffee break

Each session concludes with a tasting of the dishes presented.
This will be an excellent opportunity to get familiar with some popular cooking techniques.
