 Last year’s Endowment Fund Auction included rare Single Malts, wines and many exciting Hotel packages for destinations around the world. A similar collection of items will be auctioned off this year.

 Agustin Huneeus, Vintner/Proprietor Quintessa, was one of four 2004 Inductees into The International Food & Beverage Forum Hall of Fame. He is shown above with the two UNLV students which received scholarships in his name.
 Last year Philip Zawisza, Rebecca Davis,; Carlos Montane and Jasmina Halimic (not shown above) accompanied by Shuichi Umeyama at the piano performed various famous Opera Duets to the delight of all attendees.

The event will start with a Cocktail during which the guests can place their bets in a silent auction for the Benefits of The International Food & Beverage Forum’s Endowment Fund supporting scholarships for young Hospitality students.
After the Cocktail you will be served a six course Dinner, prepared visiting Master Chefs and the brigade of the Green Valley Ranch accompanied by wines from around the world.

In between courses The International Food & Beverage Forum 2005 Wine Awards will be announced and the trophies distributed to the award winning wineries’ representatives.
Before the Main course the newly elected 2005 inductees of the International Food & Beverage Hall of Fame and the 2005 Restaurateur of the year will receive their trophies.
Hall of Fame Honorees
During Dinner some very special items will be “live” auctioned off. All the proceeds of this evening will benefit young hospitality students.
Auction Items
After the Main Course a special performance of Duets from famous Operas and Musicals will take place. This year’s program will be selected by Professor Carlos Montane, Indiana School of Music and former Tenor at the Metropolitan Opera New York.
