 In 1989, Christophe accepted the challenge of Director of Food & Beverage at the Westin Camino Real in Ixtapa, Mexico, largest resort of Westin Hotels in Mexico, during his tenure he undertook a radical change of all the outlet of the property and received from Kurt H. Fischer, the award of excellence for Food & Beverage in 1991.
Then Christophe decided to go back to Europe where he took the responsibility of Director of Operations for the Hacienda Benazuza in Seville (Relais Château and leading hotel of the world), Spain, which was the official hotel for the head of states and dignitaries during the 1992 Universal Exposition of Seville.
Interested by new challenges in 1995, he joined the Oberoi group of Hotels as Regional Director of Food and Beverage in Bombay, India, during his tenure for Oberoi Christophe had the opportunity to see the tremendous changes which took place in the sub-continent, when foreign investors went into the country and improved the Bombay properties to meet the new challenges to satisfy customers needs by planning several new outlets.
In 1998, Christophe accepted the offer to join ACCOR Business & Leisure Hotels Headquarters in a newly created structure of Marketing for Food & Beverage; he joined as a product manager for Novotel, Mercure and Sofitel Hotels.
In January 2000, he was appointed as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, where he was in charge of planning and supervising new concepts for hotels openings including Chicago, Buenos Aires, Bangkok and Shanghai as most important projects.
Since June 2005, Christophe has moved into South Africa as Director Food & Beverage for the Southern Sun Hotel group, a new enriching adventure in one of the fastest developing country when it comes to Hotels & Restaurants Industry.
